News & Notices
The 2024 HOA Dues invoices have been sent out. Remember, all HOA dues are due and payable by March 31, 2024.
If you would like to get involved with our community and volunteer to help out around the neighborhood
or be on a committee, please contact one of the board members. We have a welcoming committee to greet new neighbors
when they move into our neighborhood. We would like to start an events committee to help plan our annual cookout
and our annual yard sale. Perhaps we can come up with other activities or events that may interest our
neighbors, too!
We would like to acknowledge our military neighbors during the month of November. So far, we have only received
information from five of our veterans. If you are interested, please email your name, branch of service and
rank to Penny Bacon at penny0462718@att.net.
Just a reminder - Our "Yard of the Month" honors will begin starting with June and run through September. Then
October and December honors will be awarded for holiday decorations. The winners receive a $25.00 gift card.
We will have our 3rd Annual Food Drive to benefit the Chapin We Care Center at the end of the summer.
Additional information will be sent out when the date nears.
We live in a great community and it takes a lot of work to keep everything running smoothly. Please get involved
in our neighborhood events and activities and maybe consider serving on the board. Elections are held each year
in the month of October. If you are interested in serving and have questions, please see a current board member.
